How can I track my order?

Within up to 7 working days after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order directly on the courier’s website, following it all the way to delivery.


What is the delivery time?

Our customers usually receive their orders within 5 to 9 working days. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your address.


Where do the products come from?

Our suppliers are located mainly in the United States, Asia, Europe, and also the United Kingdom.


Can I pay in instalments using bank slip?

No. Instalments are only available for credit card payments.


Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer an exchange or refund for manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving your order.

Could I be charged customs fees?
