INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS

1.1 PURCHASE POLICY

All products available at Unique For You are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery usually takes between 6 and 10 working days (from the date of dispatch). Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking code to monitor the progress of your order.

⚠️ Please note: In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, or high-demand periods — these situations are beyond our control.

Deliveries are made through logistics services such as Royal Mail or other authorised carriers. In the event of strikes or national logistics issues, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

The stated delivery times apply to urban centres and metropolitan areas. Deliveries to rural zones may take longer. In restricted areas, orders may need to be collected from the local courier branch.

Unique For You guarantees delivery. We are fully responsible for refunding the total value of any lost products. All shipments are insured and include online tracking.

If your product is not delivered within 60 working days, we will refund 100% of the amount paid, and you may keep the product if it arrives after that.

📦 Important: If you order multiple products, you may receive more than one parcel, as items may be shipped from different suppliers.


1.2 ORDER TRACKING

Products are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking code within 5 working days of payment.
Instructions for tracking your parcel will be sent by email.

GENERAL ORDER CONDITIONS


2.1 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Unique For You will ship to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your purchase.


2.2 RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If no one receives the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest branch and must be collected within 7 calendar days.

If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be required to pay for a new delivery.

Unique For You is not responsible for failed deliveries due to recipient absence.


2.3 INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
In such cases, the parcel will be returned to origin, and no further delivery attempts will be made. A new shipping fee will be required.


2.4 IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Imported products may be subject to local duties or taxes.
Unique For You does not cover these charges. If necessary, our customer service team will assist you with the process.


2.5 UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

If there are issues with delivery, the customer has up to 2 months from the date of purchase to request a reshipment or refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates via the email provided.


2.6 FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom on selected products to ensure the best value.
